CincyDominos.com Delivers
Lunch for the Great Outdoor Adventure

A CincyDominos.com Press Release

October 25th, 2008
John Glass, owner of Glass Family Pizza and member of the CincyDominos.com cooperative, delivered over 50 pizzas to Kicks For Kids as a part of the Great Outdoor Adventure.

The Great Outdoor Adventure is an event put on by Kicks For Kids (KFK) which provides more than 60 children from Northern Kentucky, Southeastern Indiana and Greater Cincinnati with a fun-filled day of outdoor activities at Potter's Ranch in Union, KY.

KFK serves local children who are challenged physically, mentally or by the environment in which they live. For example, some participants had never been outside the inner city or rural area in which they live, while other kids currently have a parent serving overseas. The Great Outdoor Adventure gave them the chance to catch their first fish, ride a horse, scale a climbing wall, go on a scavenger hunt, participate in team-building exercises and fly on a zip line!

Kicks For Kids was founded in 1995 by Doug Pelfrey, the Cincinnati Bengals' kicker from 1993-1999 and second leading scorer. A "hometown guy" who starred at the University of Kentucky, Doug started the charity as a result of his passion to help kids and his commitment to the community in which he lives. Jim Breech, the Bengals' all-time scoring leader who played at Cal and with the Raiders before kicking in Cincinnati from 1980-1992, has served on KFK's Board since 1996. Shayne Graham, a Virginia Tech graduate and former member of the Bills and Panthers, is the Bengals' present kicker and the first to be named to the Pro Bowl (2005). He joined KFK's Board in May of 2005.

CincyDominos.com is a cooperative of the Domino's Pizza franchisees in the Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky and South Eastern Indiana area. Brought together to leverage economies of scale and to bring consistent value and customer experience to the areas residents, the franchisees launched CincyDominos.com to extend the reach of their efforts.
